Tamarin - Reservar una mesa

This is a decent Thai restaurant near the Château de Vincennes! A popular Thai restaurant in the Vincennes area. Especially weekend, there is impossible to have a table without a reservation. One of my favorite dish here is Shrimp Pad Thai. One of the ingredients for this Pad Thai, they use for Thai pickles. It is crunchy and salty, it is a very tasty key element of their Pad Thai. That makes different than other Thai restaurants Pad Thai. The service a little bit rough, that is so far away from Gastronomie level. But on the restaurant signboard says Thai Gastronomie. LOL

We planned to eat out at Tamarin but by evening we’d had enough of the snowy weather and icy pavements so we decided we would have the food delivered. However, no deliveries were happening because of the snowy weather. So a member of our group was delegated to collect. I had been unable to find a copy of the menu. So that is the explanation of why I’ve posted a photo of the menu! The food was good and I would recommend the restaurant either to visit or have food delivered. I just hope it isn’t snowing for you!

Went for dinner as a couple: had shrimp Pad Thai and banana coconut cream desert. Both dishes were very tasty, the banana coconut dish was served warm, definitely to try. We will go there again. Service was friendly, but unfortunately understaffed and slow for a Saturday evening. A Kir royal to start, as we were in Vincennes after all!

I am used to going to this delicious restaurant with very good service but was appalled tonight as not even 1/4 of the staff was wearing a mask.
