Tame Rabbit Specialty Coffee Roaster

Having worked for specialty coffee shops and roasters, I don’t think I can consider this as either. Will you get an all right latte or something with milk and sweetener? Probably. But I can’t recommend them for plain old black drip coffee. They weren’t very knowledgeable about the available coffee options, or at least, couldn’t explain them to me. And the coffee quality was lacking. I ordered a pour over of their lightest roast, since I didn’t have much other info to work with, and either their definition of “light” is very different from mine, or it was badly brewed bitter, burnt, flavorless.

Went there on a recommendation from a nurse at my doctor's appointment in the morning (otherwise would probably have never known this even existed haha), went with the theme of taking recommendations and asked the lovely person working to suggest a drink for me. Ended up with an oatmilk mocha latte that was one of the best I'd ever had. Will definitely be back when I'm in town again!

Such a little gem of a coffee spot in Chagrin Falls! The bramble berry espresso is out of this world!
