we were six on a Friday afternoon in tanaka. in our arrival we were the only guests. we were asked about our desires very quickly. After and after, more customers came, who then ordered and then got served about 20 minutes before us. ok, we are more profitable and have time. in our circle is also a very little esserine. we asked for half a portion (also at full price!) unfortunately this was not possible we got to answer. but we will still come back when eating and wine were excellent. a little more customer-friendly would stand up to this local but good!
we were there for the birthday of a well-known one and were rather disappointed.We have deliberately ordered another appetizer to exchange and sample from each other.The giant crowlets in tempurateig for rich 18th-, were literally a single cuvette which was halved....so just a bit per person. As the main course 6 nigir and 6 maki sushi for 38.50.-The röllchen were about a xfache smaller than in any sushilokal and disappointing for the price.
An exceptional Japanese specialty restaurant located slightly outside of Bern. An inspiring and minimalistic design, which manages to convey warmth; an absolutely irreproachable menu and service this is a rare find, and a dignified successor to the regretted Kabuki at Markthalle. fried squad with fried pork with teriyaki foam and seasonal vegetables, so was my main course on the menuekarte. I have received an exquisite fish with a grandiose kartoffelstock, with various very fresh vegetables. simply super! the friendly, very nice but never intrusive operation helped to make this evening unforged with my family. a large lob to the chef shinji tanaka, who knows how to pamper his customers.
kulinarisch a great experience - would most like to come more often! operation friendly and accommodating. wein suitable for eating wonderful. the only bad thing we had to experience: the couple at the side of the barbaric did not even eat a third of his ordered sushi plate (nearly enjoyed) - that was already a bit painful in the sushi lover heart.
