This was our first visit and definitely not our last! The decor is tasteful, the place is spotless, and the staff are attentive and helpful. We shared a fish pakora to start, light and tasty, with a rocket side salad instead of the usual limp garnish. The mains were equally flavoursome, the chicken damask was sweet and slightly spicy with lentils and pineapple and the vegetable rice was delicious too. The chicken chilli balti was hot and spicy too. Overall, the attention to detail, the lovely cutlery and wine glasses, all add to the experience. A reasonably priced and very tasty meal.
We visited this Restaurant for a Takeaway. We were very disappointed in the food. I ordered a Chickem tikka masala mostly watery sauce with a few pieces of chicken. My partner had a Lamb dish extremely hot too much chilli not much flavour. We ordered a peshwari naan the texture was all spongy not what it should be. We paid £30 for this. We went with the reviews as we are not fro the area just staying overnight. Total waste of money. Disappointed to say the least.
I have been here several times and have written several reviews. The food is delicious and can't be faulted. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The music is unnecessary and annoying. The waiter marching back and forth is really off-putting and one feels rushed to finish their meal asap. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for the food, but nothing else.
Strolled past on a cold windy night , decided to dine in after reading the menu. My Nehari Lamb was amazing , wonderful sauce, lightly spiced and not too hot, lamb so tender. Served with spiced potatoes and spinach and garlic naan, perfect. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

The title doesn't do it justice. My nan was cold, stodgy, and, to be honest, put in the bin. The chicken was drier than a witches (you know what I mean). The sauce was tasty, and the rice was nice. Not what I expected, or hoped for.
Food was fabulous. However the staff and especially the manager need to learn some people skills. Not made to feel welcome at all. A smile goes a long way !
Great selection of Indian dishes. Lamb was particularly delicious. Quickly prepared and good prices. Hope that we can return soon.
Brilliant takeaway meal delivered. High quality and no complaints. Definitely what you’d want from something to treat yourself.
