We sat in the smaller restaurant section up front but could see into a huge event area where they had a stage and bar and seating for over 100+. The food was piping hot and excellent! The bread was also hot and fresh The food had a nice low-key spice to it that I loved, some restaurants are catering to a blander pallet but this had a nice flavor without going overboard. I ordered butter chicken online from Doordash for the first time and it was my first experience trying Indian cuisine. The butter chicken tasted delicious and came with a side of rice. I truly enjoyed the dish as it had a great flavor. However, I found the portion size to be inadequate as a full bowl of butter chicken only contained five small chicken pieces and cost me $15. The dish did not satisfy my hunger and left me wanting more. Despite being a great taste experience, it was not enough to keep me full.
Two people in our group had dairy allergies and one was a vegetarian. Our server made sure to confirm with the kitchen and returned with five safe main dish options. We were surprised to learn that they usually add milk to the rice, but the chef made a special milk-free batch just for us. We ordered four of the recommended dishes, all of which were delicious, along with roti for each of us. Thank you, Tandoori Nights, for accommodating our dietary needs!
From that vast menu, it is amazing how they manage to make all the food taste phenomenal. Helpful and friendly staff. Very flexible with tweaking as per the customers' requirements. Decently priced. The MoMo they make is beautiful. They ace most Indian foods too. Perfect for larger and smaller groups alike. Go-to Nepali place in Fairfax.

The Tandoori restaurant and party venue is one of the top establishments in the DMV area. I recently booked this location for my daughter's weaning ceremony party and I have to say, my experience exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with mouth-watering dishes that looked and tasted amazing.
I ordered through GrubHub. The driver was late and then dropped the food off to the wrong house my son ran around the neighborhood to find our food. When we got the food though…. Terrific. Really great stuff. We like spicy and there was a kick for sure. Lamb was tender, mattar paneer was awesome. Very pleased.
Ohhhh yum lunch buffet: the fluffiest naan; mixed veggies included cauliflower, snap peas, and okra; savory goat with potatoes. Will absolutely need to return to try my favorite palak (was not in rotation that day)! Interior is very bright and airy.
This is a lovely venue for hosting events. Shyam was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had the bar area reserved, which was perfect for our Muslim guests. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here!

Food is good. Service is fine. We came while the sun was setting and it was right in my face. They didn’t have any blinds for where I was seated.
I came from Pittsburgh and never had food and service so good. I highly recommend this establishment!
