I just started to get used to the constant mountain and valley ride, by the way very nice when I discovered the little tangent jour in the church of the church. on the tables directly at the church there was no more space, so I sat on a table on the small terrace directly at the caffe and studied the very extensive map for such a small restaurant. limette minze eistee listened to me very interesting, and the friendly service patiently explained to me what it was. the drink for proud €4.20 was quickly brought along. for me it was really a disa...
For me personally one of the best cafés or cafe bars in the city. The owner and their entire staff are hearty, super dear and friendly people. The coffee specialities taste from a high-quality machine. New soft drinks are always offered on the map, so there is a quinces choir. The food is super delicious and always prepared with fresh ingredients. Depending on the season, fresh, homemade teas are also offered. The alcoholic drinks on the map are classic, but they are also produced without finished syrups. The position of the tangent with its extensive outdoor area is a dream in warm summer nights. All in all, the Tangente Jour is really only recommended.
There's not only a coffee here, but what's next is simply the great feeling, you can sit right at the wooden square in Tübingen and look at the students while learning which 10 meters away sit on the stairs to the church of the church. The services are nice and competent to guests a small snack card with salads is also available. The whole feeling, coffee, Gerränke and the location fit like the fist. I would also give 7 stars if they were.

We had breakfast here at 9:15. The order came fast, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was super tasty and great (see photo). For 8,50€ we find it very fair. The fruits were fresh, the bread was very tasty and also fresh and the jam was also very good (not from the supermarket). The egg was boiled too soft (we had not specified it when ordering) and then it was cooked hard again. Breakfast is absolutely recommended here.
Quiche was microwaved to almost inedible and bread in tomato and cheese sandwich dry like beyond day old. After I found a tangle of hair in the quiche I stopped eating they did bring me a new one that was fresh and warm and much better, but to try and pass off reheated day old food the first time on tourists is not good...and they don't post, but it is cash only
The Tangente Jour is a beautiful café for all ages. The wooden market with its many shops is located right in front of the historical church of the Church of St. Nicholas. There are also some snacks and ice cream creations for dinner, until 12.00h breakfast is offered - even a big brunch.
Very nicely located, especially in summer it is great to sit outside and watch the ride in the city. The food tastes excellent and the owners are incredible. Hopefully again!
