The service was very slow. We sat for at least 15 minutes without being greeted by our server, no waters, no silverware until after our salad arrived. We received the wrong appetizer and when the correct appetizer arrived, it was poorly presented on the plate (next time, spare us the wilted lettuce garnish). I ordered nigiri cold, rubbery rice that did not adhere to the not so fresh fish. Couldn’t finish the 3 pieces I ordered... Maybe it was a bad day for the restaurant which I can empathize with. If this is how it normally operates, yikes.
