Rude and unhelpful service I discovered immediately after buying that I had the wrong cable for my phone and went back to exchange it. The cashier (listed as “TB Spät” refused, saying the system can’t handle returns because I paid by card. I politely offered solutions — like exchanging it for the correct cable (which was €10 cheaper or leaving a note so his manager could fix it later — but he still refused and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. The only thing I wanted was to exchange it for the right cable I actually needed. Very unwilling to help and rude attitude all the way. Avoid buying things here.
Awkward layout, unfriendly staff, long waits in line. There was also a very rude employee (man) at the restrooms. My phone's wireless payment system wouldn't work right away. He got angry, grabbed my phone, and wanted to try it himself. Absolutely awful, I'll never go there again! I'd rather drive to a nicer rest area.
One euro for a quick trip to the toilet... I've gotten used to it. I'll never get used to filthy toilets. Sanifär and all the others started out well, but have gone downhill fast.
The ladies behind the counter are funny, motivated, and very friendly. You don't want to leave; it's a wonderful break with wonderful staff. And the coffee is delicious!
