Leider eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung an dieser Raststätten-Toilette. Wir hatten gerade kein Kleingeld dabei und wollten nur kurz zum Auto zurückgehen, um 1€ zu holen. Noch bevor wir überhaupt die Chance hatten, dies zu tun, wurden wir vom Toilettenpersonal sehr unfreundlich angesprochen. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte sofort aggressiv, drohte uns mit einer Zahlung von 50€ und wurde dabei zunehmend laut und respektlos. Dieses Verhalten war absolut unangemessen, zumal wir deutlich gemacht haben, dass wir das Geld direkt holen. Ein solches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden ist nicht akzeptabel. Freundlichkeit und ein Mindestmaß an Verständnis sollten selbstverständlich sein – unabhängig von der Situation...
For years I really enjoyed going to this rest stop... a great toilet with a very nice employee who always decorated the garden so well. It 's always a highlight and to be honest, it 's my regular toilet as I have to drive this route very often... Today, however, I was horrified to discover that this front garden no longer exists!? Unfortunately it 's a no-go and I won 't be using this toilet again... it 's a shame

Toilettenpersonal ist unhöflich und verweigert die Toilettennutzung, wenn man nicht zahlen kann (Gaststätte) bzw. gibt vor das Kartenlesegerät sei defekt, weshalb nur Barzahlung möglich sei. Scheint unwahrscheinlich.

Really unfriendly and uninviting place. Bought a drink in the restaurant, but was told to leave because I wanted to eat a sandwich I had brought with me. Restaurant was totally empty!!
The parking lot was apparently normal, but this night the awnings were cut, at least in two hours 03/16/24, it had to be repaired, thanks to my colleagues for their help, be careful
I waited for about 10 minutes for the waitress, after which they refused to give me the key to the shower, although I was ready to pay 4 € for a shower... terrible attitude
I give it 5 stars because we always buy bockwurst there, which is super tasty.
