The Villino coffee is fabulous. Made to perfection by the barista's. Sandwiches made the old fashioned way, with butter. So tasty. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on entering the shop. My husband & I have made this a regular at least twice a week. You can also relax once the children are dropped at school with a coffee and various newspapers to read. A must try for everyone.
The quality control at this restaurant is very poor! The butcher's cut steak and duck fat potatoes were disappointing. The steak, which was supposed to be a porterhouse, had the fat cut off and was overcooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done.
Located on one of Hobart's many piers, this restaurant is in a prime location. It is a favorite among both locals and tourists.
