Tap Union Freehouse

With so many great taprooms in Portland, there is little reason to venture to Vancouver, but this gem is worth a trip all on it's own. Some of the most amazing sandwiches, especially the grinder, in the Portland metro area, an absurdly amazing selection of beer on tap and in bottles/cans, crowler prices to knock your socks off, cozy seating both downstairs and in their upstairs lounge, and a patio with a gas fire pit. I regularly make a trip to Vancouver for no other reason than to patronize this stellar business.

This place is supEr quiet, a plethora of craft beers of every type flavor, constantly switching them out, plus you can't beat the prices, considering that a 64 oz. Growler of 8% beer will only cost $9.00- plus although their food menu. Is quite small, every item is savory and delicious, you will for sure find yourself drawn back to that place over over again- because of the atmosphere being so quiet, that u can meet new friendly people their always to hav great conversation .

I absolutely love this restaurant. The menu is fantastic and I especially enjoy the pork tacos. The beer selection is amazing, and you can either order from the bar or choose from a wide variety in the fridge. There is a fire pit outside and beautiful seating upstairs. The ambiance is top-notch, with non-alcoholic options available as well, which is a nice touch. Plus, it's dog-friendly!

This restaurant is an excellent spot for hanging out and playing board games. The service is fantastic and the people are great. I highly recommend it for a fun night out. The average cost per person is $10–20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. Some recommended dishes include the Smoked Pork Tacos.

My friend and I wanted to try a new restaurant and decided to go to a Tap House. Luckily, Google directed us to Tap Union Freehouse...it might just become my new top spot in Vancouver. I enjoyed a tasty gluten-free sour beer that put a smile on my face and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this place!

We ordered takeout and it was delicious. The Reuben sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. While waiting for our food, I sat at the bar and caught up on some reading on my phone. The atmosphere was peaceful and the music was fantastic. I am excited to come back to this restaurant again.

This restaurant has an excellent location, stays open late, offers a great variety of food and an amazing selection of drinks. The decor is always filled with large vases and fresh lemons, along with a room dedicated to showcasing their bottles.

I only wish I had found this place sooner! Great crowd, good vibes, amazing beer, late night food. This will now be my go-to spot. I really appreciate the staff for making me feel welcomed!

Super satisfied!! Best late night food if you don’t want/like fried foods!! I think one of the best tofu tacos I’ve ever had (not even vegan but damn !!

I visited this restaurant with my wife and a friend as part of a short pub crawl, without prior knowledge of its existence. It was a pleasant surprise.
