I received cold food after waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru pickup window. I only have a 30-minute lunch break, and the wait took up most of that time. I tried calling to speak with the manager about the cold food, but after several attempts and being told the manager was busy, I finally managed to get in touch with her. The manager, Hazel, asked me to return with the food three hours later. Since I no longer had the food, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I've visited this restaurant many times without any complaints before, and I would expect a company that stands behind its products to also support its customers and address issues like this better.
