Are you hungry and wanna try something new? Go to shish kebab. Are you vegetarian and want something tasty? Go to shish kebab. Are you fat (like me) and tryna lose weight? Go to shish kebab. Are you broke as fugg (like me) but still want a good bite of food? Go to shish kebab! You would be a fool to pick any of the terrible burger places over the Greek fries meat here at shish kebab. The vegetarian options are great too. I personally think they have the best hummus, grape leaves, and falafel in town. The best part is that it's all fairly cheap! The shop is easy to miss though and its next to a liquor store but don't let that stop you.
Trying to eat healthy on the go is challenging and I know the perfect places in my hometown to go to. However, I was in Yakima for my daughter's volleyball tourney and was getting frustrated with not knowing where to go. I stumbled upon this place and gave it a shot. I try to stay low carb and no meal on the menu fit the bill. I told the gentleman what I was looking for (meat veggies, no bread or rice) and he made the perfect suggestion get the meat gyro but have it on a salad instead of the flatbread. It was perfection! Delicious and nutritious! I will DEFINITELY be going back there again!
I ordered the lunch special it took the kid 25 minutes to cook it. I was the only customer in the place! He had 2 friends he stood around talking to and kept letting them go into kitchen area! He even offered to let one of them cook my food! I was extremely disappointed The fries were cold and he forgot my drink!!
