Downhill since it used to be Rositas. They close early when they are supposed to be open. That doesn't surprise me because I don't think they get much business. I went in and ordered a plain cheese quesadilla. Can't mess that up right? Wrong. The person that made it just finished mopping the kitchen. They then took my order (which took about 5 minutes for him to understand me asking for a plain cheese quesadilla) and started making it without washing their hands no gloves either. I also asked for sliced avocado and they gave me guacamole. I loved this spot when it was Rosita's but all the best dishes and touches are gone. Salsa bar, generous fresh meat and seafood in all dishes, and delicious juicy chicken flautas are gone. We've tried it three times, had our orders wrong twice with just a shrug when we asked about it. The best things we've had since the change are the veggie burrito and Birria but the continued poor service has us going elsewhere in RWC.

Carnitas, buche cueritos, and chicharon I've had it all several times It's my place to go to for real michoacan carnitas! Professionally made!!!! if you ever go to redwood city and you want to eat carnitas michoacanas this is the place they have been up and running as a business for a long time for a very good reason! ?

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We tried the enchiladas plates, which were highly recommended and did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try out other dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora
