The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service is lacking. I placed an order three hours ago which was never fulfilled, and when I asked for a refund, I was told that they could not give it back to me. I order a salad from here five days a week, but last week I had a similar experience where my order was not ready on time. Today, when I went to pick up my order, I was told it would take an additional 15 minutes because it hadn't been started yet. Are you kidding me? This guacamole is a joke. And the chips are stale! Come on, you guys need to step up your game. I ordered from Uber Eats and got carnitas tacos that were so dry. I specifically asked for pineapples and didn't get any. I usually love Tacos Los Gueros, but this was hands down the worst experience. Absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money. If you don't want to do your job, there are plenty of people who would gladly take your place. Don't bother ordering from here.

If you want Mexican tacos go to Monroe st in Passaic, also Kearny Ave has 2 Mexican restaurants a little more traditional than this franchise. The service is very good from the girl at the register but unfortunately Los Gueros style of tacos is not my cup of tea. It does fulfill your cravings as much as Taco Bell or Chipotle?s, nothing wrong with that, but it is not the taste we are use to on Mexican food. First, this Kearny store doesn't appear in the app for ordering online: strike one. I arrive to pick up order, no chips: apparently $2 more on top of $6 for guacamole: strike two. I look and see no sauces. Ask salesperson if they are both (red and green) inside the food container, she replies yes. Get home, open container: nada and no utensils either. Strike three. I have ordered takeout from this restaurant several times and I am very satisfied. The flavors are delicious and their weekly specials offer great value. The churros are outstanding and remind me of my school days. The staff are also very friendly. The sauces are just average and it would be better if the pico de gallo was served in small cups rather than at the bottom of the container. Overall, it's a pleasant chain restaurant.
Came there on opening day, they had a large line for free tacos. I stood in line and, IT WAS WORTH IT. They got a nice guacamole sauce, and a red sauce thats great for the spice lovers. In a summary, cool stuff they got there, probably going to get more soon.

Don?t ask for pork it has so much non cooked fat in it. You can see it in the photo below. The flutas taste like week old oil. Steak chicken was good chorizo was very greasy. chips good Guac was good. First last time.
The tacos were lacking cilantro and only had onions. The guacamole was very dark, indicating that the avocado was spoiled. This is unacceptable.
