I’m not quite sure where to begin with this restaurant. I find it difficult to give it a positive review, as the establishment feels unclean and has inadequate settings. However, the food served here reflects an impressive understanding of Mexican culture. That said, I can't genuinely say the food is good enough to justify my visit. I’d rate it with a "B," but I’ll pass. Additionally, a health report revealed concerning issues: workers not washing their hands between tasks, a lack of food safety knowledge, improper food storage temperatures, hot water being turned off, and five critical CDC risk factors.
First-time experience: I ordered online for pickup and was greeted by a B rating sign upon arrival. I'm always open to trying a charming hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant as long as the food is good, but on my visit (February 6, 2022), I was served the blandest Al pastor burrito I've ever had. My friend ordered tacos and had a similar experience. When I requested more salsa, I was met with attitude, being told I could only have one of each because there was more in the bag (which was untrue). The B rating from the San Bernardino Health Department is concerning. Proceed at your own risk.

OMG idk where to start with this place? idk how anyone can give this place a good review, this establishment is grimy and served with bad attitudes. The food that?s served here is an abomination to the Mexican culture. Idk how anyone can say the food isgood. B rating no thank you. This was my first and last time dining here. I have Norma to thank for that. The customer service was exceptionally poor—absolutely no stars from me. I couldn’t enjoy the food because of her attitude. I should have just requested a refund. After reading the reviews, it’s clear that bad customer service is a recurring issue here, and the place has a grade B rating. Because of Norma, I would give this an F.
This was my first and last time eating there. Thanks to Norma, I experienced extremely poor customer service. I wouldn't even give it a star. I didn't touch the food; I just asked for a refund. Then I checked the reviews and saw that many others have had similar experiences with customer service issues, and I learned that the restaurant has a class B rating. Because of Norma, I'm giving this place an F.
