Had the pleaseure of trying something new and having dinner at Taqueria Y Pupuseria Miranda. I have known the family for years and at their other store and restaurant was the only place I could ever find or get pupusas in town. They opened a dedicated restaurant across the street from their store while I was still in Louisville. Since I moved back I have been back for lots of pupusas but this time… I tried their Pan con Pollo. It was freaking amazing. This is an amazing restaurant, the service was fantastic and the food was excellent. We had the corn, and green plantains for sides. My meal was a chicken sandwich but it was more like a salad in a bread bowl and the bread was super crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. OMG the best! We had the cheese and poblano tacos and beef quesadilla. They give you the three different sauces and they were all amazing. So do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I was traveling for work and decided to stop at this restaurant first. The food was incredible—so full of flavor! It’s a smaller venue, but those often turn out to be the best. I ordered the Plato Miranda, and it was delicious and very satisfying! I’ll definitely be back!
Vegetarian options: They offer pupusas without meat and other similar dishes, though I can’t remember the full menu.
Parking: There is a decent amount of parking available, though it is somewhat limited—around 15 spots or so, give or take.
Absolutely delicious and authentic! Every dish, from the rice and beans to the steak, pupusas, eggs, hot sauce, plantains, street tacos, and street corn, is incredible. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! I can't wait to return!
