Decided to visit after a recommendation and several articles on Facebook. What a find. It was early evening on a Tuesday and although the restaurant wasn't at all busy, it didn't feel uncomfortable. The owner was attentive without being intrusive and very friendly. The food was perfection. The tempura batter was light and crispy and the cheesy mushroom starter really tasty. The garlic bread was crispy and piping hot. It was difficult to pick a main from the extensive and authentic Italian menu and we decided on a carbonara and a lamb cutlet dish in a beautiful sauce. This is my second review and my 5th visit to this wonderfully authentic restaurant. So lucky to have it round the corner from home and knocks spots off other Leigh Italians. The is no doubt everything is prepared fresh and ingredients sourced locally. I have been trying something different each visit and I’m never disappointed. Last night I had the prawns in white wine and garlic to start (incredible) and penne alla Dino (excellent) and shared a dessert with my son of profiteroles…which are the best I have had locally. Son and hubby had meatballs (fabulous) lamb cutlets (superb) steak (excellent) and garlic bread (always good) Brilliant atmosphere, amazing service and ridiculously reasonable...
Always go to Cucina in Leigh for friends night out, but wanted to try Tarantino’s as it had good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was first class, the red wine (Negresco) recommended by the restaurant was gorgeous and the food was superb. This restaurant in the Broadway would be fully booked every night, but please give it a try as like us you will realise it’s a little gem and well worth its rating. Fully recommend the seafood and Lobster Linguini.
Absolutely amazing food, family owned and both owners work in the restaurant. Truly fabulous food, fresh and top quality ingredients. We went for a date night and had 3 courses, beer, wine and olives all for a shade over £50. This will now be our go-to Italian restaurant! A please try Tarantino you will not be disappointed!

This review is based on a delivery not eating in. I have to say it was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The topping was a congealed mass of ham. Artichoke and cheese with olives. Barely warm just awful. I have eaten in the one in Brentwood and enjoyed the food very much. This was awful
Unfortunately, this restaurant closed in 2021. There is no longer any food, drinks, menu, or phone. The property has been sold and is no longer in operation. It is best to find another place to dine as you can no longer visit this location.
We went here with friends last night. This was our first time, the food was superb and the staff friendly and fun. Would definitelt recommend going here and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a wonderful evening
Visited with family for a birthday, food was absolutely fantastic, service even better, friendly, welcoming, ask about the specials, lobster linguine to die for. If you have never been this is a must try.

This place is a great spot to grab some coffee and a sandwich. The staff is plentiful and attentive. The paninis and tea cakes are delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It's definitely worth a visit, especially considering the reasonable prices. Highly recommend checking it out.
