Excellence years and counting. There is not another restaurant I would select or recommend as a favorite in the Phoenix metro area. Always consistent; highly trained staff who recognize your needs; innovative dishes served with flair; top-drawer wine list and bar selections. Victoria’s martini made with Plymouth gin was perfect, as always. First course was a tomato tartare salad; next was flank steak grilled med rare, complemented by a bottle of Cote du Rhône. There wasn’t room for a dessert. Next time. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since Mark opened it in There simply isn’t another restaurant of its caliber in the Valley
