Tasca Barbanera - Reservar una mesa

We have stopped by for a dinner with my friend. They didn't have any beans left. So we ordered some deep fried calamari (not so tasty and papas arugadas (too dry and compared to many places we have eaten them at canaries they were not a success the mojos are charged separately which is unusual and pricey but their sauces are good; the price is the major problem here since the quality of food is not as high as the prices charged for. I liked the decoration of the place and also their beer. I have appreciated the kindness of the waitress.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and by our apartment owner and we weren't disappointed. My friend and I both had entrecot steaks which were cooked exactly as we had asked. There was a nice atmosphere and the service was friendly and efficient.

We really enjoyed this restaurant, very friendly waiter who coped with our lack of Spanish. We enjoyed the fresh fish and the calamari cooked in a light batter. Highly recommended for great local food.

We had a very enjoyable evening here. Friendly waiter and good food. Lovely decor and reasonable price. Would recommend.
