Taste Kitchen Cocktails

Very nice decor that leads to a very expensive menu. Bar is the saving grace of this place, but doesn 't seem like a place that would really attract a heavy bar crowd even though the bar takes up like half the restaurant. The main demographic seems to be clients 40-60 years old. The entrance is confusing from the main street as you have to circle around the bar to get to your table. Food is mediocre, coming out of a very small kitchen were the food is pre-fired before actually making it to your table, meaning they basically cook most dishes halfway and then complete the order once the server tells them to fire the entree. Can create weird effects on the dishes. Also, I worked here for about a day training to be a server but the manager Orlando didn 't even have me fill out a tax form and never paid me. I didn 't understand how that could even be possible, but it is what it is. The one cool thing about this place, is that the servers all share tips so you know that you will get great service as they are all in it together and rely upon having strong service employees.
