Placed order at 19:00, estimated delivery confirmed for 19:40... Chased via Just Eat app at 20:00 (No response from restaurant Chased again via Just Eat app at 20:10 (No response from restaurant Cancelled order and requested refund via Just Eat app at 20:25 Received response from Taste of Cyprus restaurant refusing the refund via Just Eat app at 20:40 Called restaurant at 20:45 and spoke to manager who apologized and said they are very busy but he will not give me a refund... Now... this is over an hour after the originally quoted delivery time expired, a full 1 hour and 45 minutes after actually ordering the food in the first place... And apparently it's now on it's way which i had to phone the restaurant about, just to get that update... (Any courtesy call to tell me my foods gonna be an hour late? I fully understand and appreciate that a restaurant gets busy, and ultimately if a restaurant is busy, then that's a good sign.. What i don't understand nor appreciate is how you can refuse a customer a refund for food you said would be delivered over an hour before? I fully understand your busy, but you haven't adhered to your side of the contract, as a business? You were contracted to deliver a product, failed to do so, then refused the customer a refund? For a restaurant to be great, it needs both great food AND customer service.. Unfortunately, while the food here may be good i shall be going elsewhere for my greek takeaways.. Have contacted Just Eat with regards to a full refund, pretty sure they're customer care may be slightly different... Either way, if i don't get my money back, it'll be £25 spent to find out how poor this restaurant's customer service really is when it comes to their mistakes... After all, i imagine all restaurants make mistakes from time to time especially when busy or short staff'd etc.. But i would suggest it's how those restaurants respond in those situations and to their customers that really sets the Great Restaurants from the rest of these types of places. Thumbs down from me

Ordered the vegan burger but disappointed when it arrived as it was a mushy vegetable burger with a breadcrumb coating labelled as vegan so taking their word for it. My body will let me know otherwise if any egg or milk inside the burger due to allergies I was really hoping for a beyond burger or something at that price Was £9 for a vegetable mushy burger. price was too much just because it's labelled as vegan. I would highly recommend the restaurant switch to a burger that's a party due to the demand in plant based alternatives. They added extra potatoes which was nice. The chips I was half expecting to be thicker but still had a nice flavour. I've had better hummus personally, and better more authentic bread. Overall I wouldn't get again but tasty for what it was. Excellent delivery through Uber eats. Also they don't add sauce to the vegan burger so had to add my own sauce.

The pork is NOT GREAT, you will always get your food over an hour late each and every time, the service is a joke. avoid unless you want to get sick or angry waiting for horrible food.

agreed to eat. Telephone staff are very nice and great to answer when asking. I have a plate with extra mousakka. the delivery was fast and the food was nice. large portions
