Taste Of Himalayas

We were told about this place by a local and decided to try it for lunch one day. The sister ordered the Saag Paneer the Spiciest and it was too hot for her to really eat. My sweetie and I shared the Saag Paneer MILD as well as the chicken tandoori, Alu Bhantu, MILD w. garlic Naan. All of it was very tasty and really good. I also ordered the Chai tea which paired well with the seasonings of our food. All meals included the Lentil soup as a starter. Service was a bit slow and we had to often get up and ask for things inside. Not sure what was going on but it seemed like a slow day. Recommend this place but don't be in a hurry and order the MILD!

Do not miss this gem! The entire experience was delectable, from the complimentary lentil soup, to the savory tandoori salmon, to the table favorite saag paneer. Incredibly cheap prices for the flavor tour you'll receive. The coco masala was also a table hit! One thing...a little difficult to find. Pass the Murphys host stand and look to the right side of the shared alley space for Taste of the Himalayas.

can not recommend very enough! fantastic eating - especially the veggie momos and saag distributors. taste and quality of food rival any restaurant in sunoma, too much better praises.

Food missed some flavor, modified recipes to make the presentation work!Confused Indian, paki, Himalayan restaurant but nothing taste right!
