I ordered chapli kebab for takeout and while eating at home, a large piece of stone cracked my tooth. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager in order to prevent this from happening to another customer. The manager, Shakeel, was incredibly rude and ill-mannered, shouting at me when I mentioned the incident. He refused to let me speak to the owner and dismissed my concerns about customer safety. When I informed him that I would write a negative review online to warn others, he threatened to delete it. This unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service left me shocked and disappointed. I came here with my brother and brother’s friend. My brother drove 45 mins to get here and can I just say, it was worth all the travel! Amazing Chapli kebabs and lamb karahi. They also serve tea with almonds on the house and that was so so good too. The owner was there on the night and he seemed really friendly and greeted us as well. The staff is super sweet too. We regularly get take away’s from here. Their Chapli kebabs, naan and chutney’s are the best. The restaurant is very busy hence why we get take away’s. Very affordable and excellent quality. Alhamdulillah. Always excellent food and decent prices. My only suggestion is that the restaurant could do with a facelift.
