My wife and I have become regulars here and love the authentic flavours particularly the curries when served "hot" as in as spicy as intended and not dumbed down to suit jaded western palates as many Indian restaurants attempt to do.Prices represent great value, the décor needs a bit of a lift but it's reflective of the low cost eatery.Great food served by friendly staff, always with a smile.Now that all makes eating out all the more pleasurable doesn't it !
We come here once a week -beautiful food and lovely service ! If you like vegetarian food , try the delicious veggie korma -tell them to use fresh vegetables though since one time they used frozen and it was not as addictive and nice as the "real deal ". Hubby likes chicken or lamb korma ! I took also groups of clients and friends there and the staff is always lovely and very helpful ! Everyone loves it ! And the pricing is very moderate :-)
If you're craving Indian food, then this is the spot to visit in Paradise Point. Owned and run by Manjit and Sandeep Singh and their families, this restaurant serves up a variety of dishes at affordable prices. The food here is freshly cooked and absolutely delicious - be sure to try the Chicken Masala or the Vindaloo. The Singh families put in a lot of effort to ensure you have a great dining experience.
Ned to try this place again but our first visit was fairly average. Staff were busy and we were left waiting and had to call them over for everything. Food came quick though once ordered, six of us eating, half were happy, half a little dissatisfied - may try again but with other better restaurants close by not sure. Last night, my friends and I visited this charming authentic Indian restaurant and were very impressed with the food and service. We enjoyed a variety of mixed entrees, curries, naan bread, and rice dishes, all of which were served piping hot and incredibly delicious. We have discovered a new favorite Indian spot in town and highly recommend it.
This restaurant is not flash but it has really good Indian food at a reasonable price. Nice friendly staff. You can sit outside or inside. The meat was lean and the food was really tasty. I really hate biting into gristly meat but this meat just melted in your mouth. I would recommend eating here if you are after a good Indian meal.
This place doesn't look much from the outside, but the food is out of this world. Top picks: Cheese naan (you have to order one of these!) Prawn korma, Saag paneer, tandoori prawns. Pretty much anything actually, all delicious, my entire family love it here and all of our friends.
