I ordered the jerk chicken dinner and was disappointed by the small portion of cabbage provided. The sauce was extremely spicy, to the point where it was hard to enjoy the dish. It seemed like they didn't even taste the sauce themselves, contrary to what other reviews had claimed. The only positive thing I can say is that the spiciness of the sauce did clear out my sinuses quickly. Overall, I might have overlooked the mediocre food if the customer service had been better.
I frequently enjoy spicy food, so I decided to try the jerk chicken at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was so spicy that it lacked any real flavor and was just overwhelming heat. I couldn't taste anything and didn't enjoy the dish at all. This was my second time trying this place and I was disappointed both times. If they toned down the spiciness, it could be a great dish. The hype surrounding this restaurant is not justified. The service was for takeout only.
Man look if y'all are looking for some Caribbean food this is the right place to check out when I say the food is good it's good especially that jerk chicken heavens kiss Just the vibe itself is amazing love the staff and everyone who helped me out so yeah I do highly recommend yall check it out also they do catering so if yall looking for someone for weddings/ birthday party they got you covered. Ordered doubles twice two weeks back to back. Neither time was sauce available. Doubles didn’t have any sauce in it the second time. Food was terrible the 2nd time too. Waaay too inconsistent. Can’t do it again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
