Tasty Fish N Chips And Kebab

I have a lot of respect for family-run businesses, but unfortunately, this place left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I noticed that servers would come in from the back, which is their home, without washing their hands or putting on gloves before preparing our food. This was quite off-putting. While the food itself was decent, it was difficult to enjoy due to the cleanliness concerns. I really hope you can improve your hygiene practices moving forward. I ordered a vegetarian burger that came with chili sauce, even though the ingredients listed only tomato sauce. I'm very sensitive to chili sauces, as they cause me reflux. I raised my concerns with Menulog, and they contacted the owner to request a refund for the burger, but my request was denied. I believe Menulog should be able to issue a refund, similar to what Uber Eats would do in this situation. This experience has been very disappointing, and I won't be ordering from them again.

The customer service was exceptional—100% friendly! However, it came at a steep price. I’m not sure I’ll ever want fish and chips again. I'm currently feeling unwell and having trouble sleeping, and I can’t tell if it’s food poisoning or if the fish was undercooked. I would advise against spending your money here.

Food late. Order totally wrong. HSP had no sauces, was dry and over cooked. Hawaiian Parma no pineapple. Ordered cola as a drink, got Crush Passion. Greek salad was ordered, got garden salad. Not happy. Reserva una mesa ahora

really nice guy who runs the load, but honestly, it was terrible eating. kebab was barely recognizable, chefs would be wise to go to another kebab shop to see how to be.

Quality of the Food is not good at all (soggy chips and some undercooked), especially when compared to the other options around.
