I understand they are operating with minimal staffing, as noted in another review, but having a phone for customer queries is essential. There’s a significant difference in expectations between ordering from a food truck and a sit-down restaurant. We reached out to Grubhub and received a $10 refund for the missing chicken. It’s hard to understand how you can serve chicken over rice without the chicken—it's literally in the name of the dish.
