A friend gave me a gift card to Tasty Kitchen, and I finally decided to use it months later. However, when I arrived, I was told the gift card had already been redeemed. I was shocked—did my friend give me a used card? The waiter said it had been used just two days earlier. Since this was my first time at the restaurant, I was very confused and felt like I’d been scammed out of $50. If they can mishandle something so simple, it makes me question their overall standards. Are they reusing the same frying oil for weeks? Are their utensils properly sanitized? I just can’t trust this place; it feels like a complete rip-off.
Anna welcomes every guest with a warm smile, and together with her team, they create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is fresh and incredibly tasty! I enjoyed the pan-fried chicken noodles, served piping hot, Yan Chow fried rice, and the chicken egg rolls, which are my favorite. Portions are generous, the flavors are excellent, and the prices are very affordable. They also have great lunch specials!
The fish is exceptionally tender. Owner Anna and her team put great effort into delivering delicious meals. We savored a range of noodles, fish, and vegetables, all seemingly inspired by Guangdong cuisine. Don’t miss the onion pancakes—make sure to request them extra crispy. We will certainly be coming back.
Not sure about the other food, but don't get the wonton soup. 1 ordered 2 orders, it was 34.00 and it went straight in the trash. No one in my family could eat it, super fishy. 34.00 seemed excessive but I had 2 sick people asking for soup.
