I have been a regular customer at this place. But unfortunately, they have lost me as their customer. There customer experience has been bad for the past few months (rarely pick up their phone) but the latest incident has convinced me that they don’t value their customers. I ordered 4 wraps, with extra garlic. However it seemed like they forgot to add garlic to the wraps as none of them had any garlic. Thinking it must have been a mistake, I went to the cashier to let them know that they didnt add any garlic. The cashier let someone in the kitchen know, and they said that they did add garlic. Tasty Shawarma is a great place to go in Markham and Scarborough, if you want a great tasting, flavourful Shawarma. <br/ <br/ They have two locations, the Markham location being the one that was opened recently. The consistency between the two is not the best, as I've found they tasted different but it seems like they are working on making them exactly the same. At the Scarborough location, you can watch them make your Shawarma and sort of build it yourself but in Markham, it's all done in the kitchen. As per the name indicate this place has the tasteful ,best shawarma i ever had. I tatsted all the items here. Taste of chiken shavarma  is awsome  and beef one is i cant express in words... They are provide shawarma sandwiches and shawarma plate. On sanwich they put salads and toppings and meat in exact  proprtions. Really all together  its become delicious...wowww...now this sanwiches are my regular diet. And about plate; Really really ..I recomend MIX SHAWARMA  PLATE...awesome...exact amout of chiken and beef with galrlic and fabulous  hot sauce....and rice and salads....Really recomend  tasty shawarma  ...they are providing amazing foods with great price.

I ordered 2 chicken Shawarma Combos and 2 Mix Platers with basically no meat, barely anything inside, luckily we checked everything on the spot. When we showed them the poor quality and quantity food they just tried to make it over and gave us a small spoon of extra meat with no apology and explanations that why the food has no meat at all only rice and salad filled, while spending almost $50 for it. We will never go here again…0 stars for poor customer service, poor quality and very low quantity.

One of the fastest service I have seen by the employees. You get what you want instantly and if you are a shawarma fan then you should definitely give this place a try. Go for the all day long deals and you would save a lot. Worth going again.

The food is sooo good..Two shawarma wraps for 9.50...Great deal..The personal is always friendly the service is quick...The plates come with rice and salad and with one of a kind garlic and hot sause...yummy...

Great food but I don’t think food service could be any slower. No matter what time, there is always a “20-30 minute wait”. I’ve walked out many times as have others due to the poor service time. Hire people!!!

Prices are good, food is good. 3 star service instead of 4 because it takes almost 20 minutes to get your meal. Besides that no complaints.
