I got a coupon in the mail for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. I went to the website, placed order and realized there was no promo code to enter. The coupon said bring in . Alright, so I call and am told they no longer make Peking Duck even though it 's on the menu... I arrive at the restaurant and the lady at the register had to get a manager to honor the bring in coupon. It seems like they need to catch up to the times. Everything we ordered was lackluster (and the sushi was no-luster) except for the Yellow Curry dinner, that was quite nice. It was literally the only decent thing I 've ever had from Tasu.
I had been hearing about Tasu from my friends for a while and finally had the chance to visit for a surprise birthday dinner party. The staff at the restaurant were prompt in taking our drink and food orders for our group of 8, and they checked in on us regularly throughout the evening. Everyone in our group received their orders correctly and did not have to wait long for refills on drinks. While everyone else ordered sushi and loved it, I tried the chicken hibachi and found it to be delicious. It was a fantastic dinner to celebrate our friend's birthday and I am looking forward to coming back again.
This has been my favorite sushi restaurant for over ten years. I had been away for a while since I was living out of the area, but I was glad to find that the staff is still fantastic. They are friendly and efficient, and my orders come out just right. However, I was really disappointed by the removal of the buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offer for the full sushi menu. The limited selection still available for the BOGO promotion is quite underwhelming, and I can't justify spending $35-$40 for only two sushi rolls. I’m truly let down by this change in their menu.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, the food was fabulous, and the prices were great! We were pleasantly surprised by how warm it was inside when we arrived, and it only got hotter as the dinner rush began. It seemed like maybe the air conditioning wasn't working properly or wasn't turned on that day. I ordered the Ramen Miso soup, which was delicious and came in a large portion. Thankfully, they provided to-go containers. We also shared the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, which were surprisingly tasty and also healthy.

Pretty good lunch. The hot sour soup was fabulous! The sushi had a great presentation but wasn't as good as it looked. Our pad Thai tastes wonderful but we asked for it to be spicy and it didn't have any spice to it. Bummer. Our server and a chef from the back with his adorable baby were some of the nicest people I have ever experienced. They alone were worth the visit.
My boyfriend and I sat outside at this restaurant and had a great atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The 4 different sushi rolls we ordered were amazing! Plus, you can't go wrong with the buy one, get one free deal!
The restaurant itself felt more like a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Sashimi was very good. Overall it was quite expensive. There is one authentic Sushi restaurants in the area that serve equally good food for a lot less money.
The service was really really great. You can tell the wait staff is truly invested in your experience. The food was also pretty good too. Service was super prompt, too. Never had to wait very long.

First time eating at Cary location but the food was excellent. I ordered chicken pad thai and sushi. Sorry, no pad thai pics...I put a hurtin' on it!!
We enjoyed our food and our server was good. We sat outside on patio and it was lovely, but a loud from the nearby playground. We plan to be back.
