Tatapas Gastroteka

We had a lovely dinner here on our holidays in July. We were seated in a lovely courtyard at the back of the restaurant (which is located in the lovely old town of Hondarribia). The chef came to our table and explained some of the menu to us and made some recommendations. We all ordered different starters and mains and every dish was delicious. Would definitely recommend this restaurant but book in advance as it was fully booked when we first tried to eat there.

Fabulous night out ! Wonderful hostess/ owner Taliska fully fluent in English ! Excellent menu, had the spiced mussels, chuletas enormous, and to die for ! and the crème brûlée…….superb wine Valdapeñas sat outside in the evening in October !! Complimentary whisky at tge end ! Highly recommended…

Run by a well traveled husband and wife team, we really liked the interesting range of dishes, which reflected some of their travels. So not your run of the mill tapas bar. Food was lovely, as was the service. And open on a Monday! Very much recommended. We booked ahead and were glad we did.

Delicious small plates; a great variety of flavors and textures. Really enjoyed the evening special of of grilled anchovies. The tacos ans accompanying chili sauce were delicious. The terrace was lovely as well.

Lovely tapas bar that really try to look after you .superb food and service plus its just a short walk from the main square.
