I was in July 1, 2022 and had the best experience. My family was taken care of by Scott and he was perfect. His section was short staffed but never did we feel forgotten. He interacted with personality and care for his clientele. He spent time getting to know us and asking about our day and our lives. Food came out piping hot and I always recommend the crab artichoke dip. I also got to speak directly with the general manager about our positive experience with our service and food quality. I can't recommend Tavern on France enough. Thank you for the great experience our family will be back soon.

Highly recommend the Tavern on France! Overall great experience and excellent staff.The happy hour menu is a great value with lots of options for both drinks and food. The “build your own” burger, salad, and pizza ordering experience with the cards is really well done and much more extensive over other places I’ve been. I recommend any of those.Note, if you live in the area, check out there “dinner club program”. It’s a supper minimal one time joining fee but you get 20% off all your food and drinks. It easily pays for itself with your first two meals.

What a great place,! They have some unique ways to order food. There are tablets of paper with a huge selection of items to build your own burger or salad. I did the build your own salad. It was the best salad I've ever had. Our waitress was fantastic, she was attentive but not pushy. We had cocktails because it was happy hour, $2 off the cocktails. I will definitely go back, next time I'm going to do the build your own burger. The regular menu had a lot of delicious looking items as well. Check them out, I think you will like it!

Couldn't quite go to a 4 star because of some ho-hum parts of our meal. But everyone cleaned their plates so . . Acceptable. Six family members all ordered their favorites: cheeseburger and fries, French onion soup, chicken wrap and Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Best IMO was my meal, Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were messy but delicious! Rice and guacamole were ho-hum. Alfredo always a hit with my daughter! The food was awful and overpriced. My husband bit into his fish sandwich and pulled out a good size bone. The bread on his sandwich was hard and inedible. My burger was filled with so many pieces of cartilage/bone that I couldn't take a bite without eating something hard. The music was so loud outside that we couldn’t even enjoy the patio. The restaurant looks nice but they are serving poor quality food.

Ah, love this brunch buffet. The spread is great if you want brunch but also want pancakes. The fresh fruit and scones are my favorite and the setting is comfortable but also appropriate for nice Sunday brunch attire if you wanna floss a little bit. The one thing their missing is the bottomless mimosas!! BUT otherwise great time will be back and I hope we can enjoy the fireplace they have outside :

The food was good, and the service was decent, but there's a known issue with the air conditioning vent dripping onto the tables in the bar area. It's really unpleasant to have water dripping on our food. Additionally, the window blinds were dirty and covered in dust and cobwebs, which didn't contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing that these environmental factors were overlooked.

the food was good. the appetizer was great. the service was decent. I sat on a table with a ventilation that I and the seat back with water during the meal. the two young women at the front. no apologies, was just said, yes, that was happening. nice. table next to us also had to send a part of their order back because of a mistake. will choose another place when we come back to bloomington. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I loved the menu, the dining room, the service, and the overall atmosphere. However, what really stood out for me was my dinner of ginger tuna. It was cooked perfectly rare and seasoned just right. My friend also enjoyed her fish tacos.

I visited a few days ago and had a wonderful experience! The waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes, and everything was delicious. They also have a solid selection of cocktails, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely go back!
