For starters, my buddies has the 10 vegetable chicken soup and an endive salad which were good and nice portions. I had the tuna tartare for $22 which was also good and had a nice kick to it. The issue was with the portions of some of the main courses. It seemed like the expensive dishes were small portions and the cheaper dishes had larger portions. Delicious food; excellent service, and an apparently local hot spot, brimming with Saturday night activity -- more of a high end ($$$) gastronomic experience. It is well-known in the area, & easy to access by car or public transportation. My dining companion practically lives there, & raves about the consistent quality of the food, although on this particular visit, his NY cut steak was less than inspiring. My grilled calamari was great - tasty & tender & a welcome change from the ubiquitous deep fried calamari, one so often sees in Montreal. A beautiful restaurant with great service but a little disappointed with their portions. Nothing to say about the food the little they served was excellent. I had tuna tartar as a starter which was quite delicious, decent portion. I ordered halibut as my main dish wow what a tiny piece served on some thick sauce with 10 peas and a few corn kernels but I do have to mention it was very tasty. It turned out to be an expensive dinner. Tuna tartar, halibut, a tisane and a regular coffee excluding tip and excluding alcohol = $75.00 At the end of the meal I was feeling a little hungry. They charge $17.00 for a ceasar salad, which is basically a whole head of lettuce, uncut put on a plate with some dressing and a few polenta croutons. It tasted fine, just not worth the price. Same goes for the pasta, good, but not great, not what you would expect for $25.00 per bowl. Was there on a Monday for lunch with a group of about 25. The place was full, which is always a good sign, but the drawback was that service took forever. We had a limited menu for our group, only 4 choices, so I thought it would go fast, but no! We arrived at noon, it was almost 1PM before our orders were taken, and we finally got out at 2:15! But the food was excellent, even though portions were a little small.

It's a really nice venue, staff is friendly. We were 6 and ordered just a bottle of wine and a main course each. No appetizers and the bill came to $300 plus tax. Food is good, no complaints but it's just way to expensive.

We had lunch on a beautiful terrasse. Lunch menu was varried and included soup and salad/fries. Soup was outstanding. Portions just right for lunch. Servive was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive.

I have visited this restaurant twice for business and had great food, excellent service and a calm and (business) conducive atmosphere! Easy to get to via Metro or car or walking!
