Taverna Grillbar - Reservar una mesa

Like virtually every other restaurant around Wilhelmsplatz, this restaurant, too, is slightly nicer than most people expect anything in Offenbach to be. The main menu is not extensive, so we shared a ton of different starters. And enjoyed them. A lot. As usual on nice...summer evenings, Wilhelmsplatz was full of people. The restaurants around Wilhelmsplatz were full of diners. However, the staff at the Taverna did their best, and we did not have to wait long at all. I sure look forward to going back for more.

We reserved for five and were basically kicked out arguing that I had not reserved a table. After showing them my phone call and them having checked (my name was there they argued that greeks with my same reservation name (Robert) were arriving minutes. We left. Arrogant, unpolite people. We crossed thr Platz and found a wonderful restaurant.

We plucked a selection of smaller plates from the menu and enjoyed our meze. The homemade pitta bread was amazing. Vibrant and friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit!

when they are in Offenbach and looking for a place to have a drink and good talks, they go there. friendly staff and good service!
