Taverna Opa Hollywood

We have been to this restaurant many times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we invited friends to come with us for their first time and it was a complete nightmare! Service was awful!! The waiter yelled back at me when I explained that our dinner was coming before we even received our appetizer! So they sent the food back to stay in the warmer to prepare our appetizer! The appetizer was saganaki and should have been served flaming and served to us which did not happen!! Just plopped on the table. And then our dinner came two minutes later! Completely uneven cooking on all dinners except one! Tried to compensate for the mistakes with a shot of orzo which none of us drink...

Great food and fun place! We had a great time! The belly dancers were great and so was the DJ. Our server was efficient attentive.
