Despite its appearance, a little hot and trendy, I rarely ate so bad. It is pure brewery with heated dishes (tiedasse) for an exorbitant price. one of the halls on the ground floor, although rebuilt for 1 year or 2 (a wooden vaulted type) is hyper unfathomable. When there is a world (which was the case when I went there) it's hell! Not only is it brewery type, but it's really low-end brewery except in prices. the only place that could accommodate at the last moment a group of a dozen people. Moreover, we were all disappointed and they are 12 lost customers permanently.
the dishes served were uneven; seafood was very fresh and good; the sauerkraut was correct but warm according to the person who tasted it, but the northern salad was really average.... the boiled salmon on the green salad, a little tomato and a few rare shrimps as well as langoustines; Not really tasty... the addition is more consistent.
After having me throw from a restaurant in the old town for late hour( 21h40) this Alsatian brewery did not hesitate to serve me at 22h00 and with the smile .this establishment has a terrace that faces the castle .quant to food, the products are excellent and well cooked. Not disappointed!
if the context, atmosphere and geographical location are real assets for this restaurant; It's the amount that's a little disappointed. A rather simple flamekueche and a dessert to the classic presentation. But a good time anyway.

Accueil chaleureux et serveurs aux petits soins. Choucroute garnie goûteuse et copieuse, maintenue chaude tout au long du repas. Je recommande !
choucroute pas mauvaise mais froide déçu donc au final peu manger .le serveur gentil mais réchauffer pas bon donc rester sur ma fin
