A nice surprise - I love Alsace, it's wines and it's German-influenced cuisine. I ordered choucroute de la mer (sauerkraut and seafood) and was surprised how fast it arrived. Happily, the fish was cooked properly (seemingly to order).I could only order the Gewürztraminer by the glass or by the bottle - not by the 25cl or 50cl pitcher, which seemed odd to me.Service was efficient but not friendly. I'd go back to try something else and just ignore the wait staff.

We eat there, we sleep there... French gastronomy and cozy bed. Irreproachable, friendly and helpful staff. The 2 bosses are at the disposal of their clients and with a smile... The client is king. What more.
