Christophe, the talented chef, will certainly never have the visit of Philippe Etchebest. His companion serves you in a great simplicity, no leg rounds or chichis but a contact adapted to each one, borrowing touches of humor that make you comfortable. Knowing this place for more than 20 years, I remain, at every rare visit to the region, always impressed by the qualitative progression of the proposed dishes. However, I remain amazed by the critics of disappointed people, not by the kitchen but by some reluctance to welcome children. Small restaurant nestled at the foot of the castle or the reception and the home kitchen are kings. All dishes made are made minute and based exclusively on products. The chef revisits the classics of French cuisine with an origînalite tip. A treat every time I go.
