Taverne Mykonos - Reserva de mesa

We entered the restaurant and we’re greeted appropriately. We were given a table near the exit and sat there. Our drink orders were taken 1 wine 1 beer and a greek coffee. We were asked if we wanted something to eat and 1 of the 3 people in our group said we wanted some meat to share with our drinks, since we’ve just eaten and only came to have a drink. The owner which took the order said he understood and that he’ll arrange something. He specifically asked, “is some liver okey?” The wine and the beer arrived and after that the owner started smoking at the bar. Inside the restaurant. I’ve read some reviews now, and people have complaint before about it, but he hasn’t changed his behavior. Ha...

Very well maintained restaurant, child-friendly, non-smoking, sympathetic, charming and always attentive service. Service and customer oriented!! Even at work-intensive moments all keep an overview and are always friendly!! Advance owner. Great kitchen, ingenious cook and very creative!!! Food freshly prepared and tasty!!! No long waiting times for drinks and food. Here, attention is uncompromisingly paid to quality. Customer satisfaction is clearly the focus here!! The children are not too short!! Here you can see the great teamwork.

Das Essen war Mega lecker und sehr sehr viel, daher wollte ich mein essen gerne einpacken lassen… es wurde nur das Essen von meinem Partner eingepackt und meins einfach in den Müll (Hälfte des Tellers). Es musste trotzdem die volle Summe gezahlt werden und ich habe nicht mal ein Entschuldig oder eine Entschädigung bekommen. Service zudem sehr unkoordiniert, man wartet sehr lange und kann Getränke und Essen nicht zusammen bestellen. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

at the ceus, how can they betray all their secret recipes. here you really eat like in the beautiful Greek country. excellent weeping and friendly service, what you want as a hospitable more. on special wishes you like to go in and even a court that was offered as an appetizer, is brought to us as such. thanks to you will be still fun! Aus Hamburg beim Besuch im Bergischen mehr oder weniger zufällig hier „ gelandet“ Wirklich tolles Essen wir hatten zu dritt alle unterschiedliche Gerichte mit Gyros&Lamm köstlich s. Foto und bei entspannter Atmosphäre auf der schönen Aussenterrasse gespeist. Freundliche Bedienung und ein besonders lockerer Chef. Wir kommen wieder!

After last year's disappointing meal, I'm pleased to report that the standard of the food has improved greatly. The chips/fries were well seasoned and cooked.. This time, there was a portion of tsatsiki with the gyros as standard. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but efficient - more German than Greek ;-)

We have been here several times and never been disappointed. The restaurant offers good basic Greek food at an affordable price. The service is friendly and efficient. Recommended!
