When I stepped outside to grab my shoes from the car, I realized I had left my phone and everything else I needed inside the house. My phone had the GPS address, and my purse had the money for gas. I went to TCBY to use their phone, and a wonderful woman there, who I believe was the manager, helped me immensely. She was in the middle of organizing schedules and was genuinely the kindest person I’ve ever encountered. I live in Massachusetts and often think about how she took care of me that day. She was eager to assist, lending me her pens and phone, and I had to return more than once because the door to the house was stuck and I couldn't get it open. My husband and I visited this place for desserts after delivering our frozen yogurt herbs. It felt quite peaceful compared to the new Melt n Dip in the square, but the cleanliness and organization were impressive. However, the woman at the counter seemed a bit disinterested, giving off the impression that she was eager to leave. I was surprised by the limited selection of yogurt flavors compared to many other frozen yogurt places I've been to, and I expected a dairy-free option by now—especially in 2021. Nevertheless, the treat was delicious, and we enjoyed it along with the lovely weather.

Just a few minutes ago from this place. (Aug 30th, Thurs, about 5 pm) There was the NICEST lady behind the counter you wanted to meet. She was fantastic with all her clients and at my service, son and wife. She explained to serve herself and also allowed us to get some samples before deciding on a taste. The aromas change from time to time and the toppings are ENDLESS! There's something for everyone here. Here too, the customer service of the woman behind the counter (old Caucasian women) was absolutely excellent. Owner Brad, I hope you appreciate it! Thank you.

I received excellent service from a young man who was not only polite but also quick and efficient. On my second visit, I was attended to by a lovely young Latina woman whose service was outstanding; she had me checked out in under two minutes! I can't wait to return! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here is always so friendly. They keep it really clean which is always relieving considering what's going on now, and their fruits for topping options are always fresh as well.
