It's incredible that a place like this does absolutely nothing to improve the service! I had stopped going 4 years ago due to bad service and yesterday I went and confirmed what I have always thought: the service is a disaster! They charge you tips with a gun face as if one were going to beg! The reality is that if you include service, the least the cashiers can do is be friendly! Not to mention that the sauces were scattered everywhere! They weren't full of sauce, dirty tables and the security man glued to his cell phone! The truth is that it is incredible how there are better places in service and quality, such a place can be maintained! I thought that after 4 years without going to any DTT due to bad service they had already improved it but in fact it is not a priority for either its owners or its employees!
