Happy National Taco Day ???? Highlights: ?Birria Ramen ?Aguas Frescas ?Birria Melt Review: We are in the hunt to find the best birria spot in Austin and surrounding areas. I?ve seen this spot mentioned to me all over social media so we had to finallycheck it out. The Birria ramen had a good amount of beef, noodles were on point and the onion?s definitely added the rightamount of acidity. However, the broth left much to be desired, it was a bit salty for my palate with a lingering artificialafter taste. The QuesiBirria tacos were a bit better, the cheese really came through to save the day but again that brothknocked it down a few points. The highlight I have to say was the Sandia agua fresca...

I?ve had this place on my watch list ever since I saw someone post about a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This is a family owned business with two locations, I visited the Buda location. The guy taking my order was great and I ordered the BirriaMelt?Texas Toast filled with tender Beef Birria and cheese with onions, cilantro, green salsa, and a cup of consommé. This is aSIGNIFICANT sandwich and the flavors are incredible. The beef is so tender and the marinade used gives it great flavor thatshines through everything. When you add all of the other ingredients to the sandwich and dip it into the consommé, you willexperience a Birria religious moment! Plus...I washed it down with a Mexican Coke...

Ok. The location is awesome. They have a few picnic benches but also a play area for our heathens. ???? Nice hang out. The agua fresca de mango, deeelish. The quesabirria tacos themselves have lots of meat nd cheese, they're big tacos. The consome isreally good! Pero está bien pnnnnche caliente te vas a quemar todo el esófago a la chinnnnn, lol. Other than that, Ipersonally like the tortilla slapped into the consome and left to crisp on the skillet. These tortillas on the tacos were soft,that was a little weird. Also, be warned, their flautas were literally the same taco just rolled in to look like short thicktacos, not flautas. They're not fried, crunchy, birria flautas. Flautas are crunchy...

Birria tacos Being an out of state guide and expirencing tacos from other states, I can give this a 10/10 flavor and Aesthetic score. I Will once again come back and enjoy the birria tacos with cheese and the delicious birria tapatio noodles again whenI'm back in town.

Dang! That hit the spot!! First time trying, sorry no pictures?I was very hungry! But the grilled cheese looked just like the other pictures people have left. Our whole family ordered and got different things and there were no complaints.
