My salad arrived first, but my friend's never came. Eventually, my spaghetti was brought out without the garlic bread, and my friend's fish and chips came out without the salad. When the waitress brought my friend's food, she mentioned that she would bring the coleslaw, but my friend had requested a salad. Shortly after, a plate was dropped on our table with what seemed to be the garlic bread - it turned out to be a Grecian roll that had been squished on a flat top, with no butter or garlic.

Wow talk about bad corporate decisions, Big Boy Corporation promoted a ?Free Voucher ? for Veterans on Veterans Day. It was advertised on the American Legion National Website, then each American Legion sent out the notification to its members. However,upon entering the Livonia Big Boy stated they knew nothing of the advertisement and stated they would offer only 20% off. Theystated they are a Corporate Store and Corporate didn?t inform them so they wouldn?t acknowledge the promotion! Great example ofbait and switch bring the customers in and then change the promotion! Nice way of Thanking the brave Veteran?s that servedour country! Forcing customers to buy fries is going to hurt these places. Need to offer sandwich alone like it used to be. Our family of four went to the Heartland location. $70 for the family. That is far too much for what is being offered. Would have been morebut my wife and I shared. Small wonder the places are mostly empty. Very sad for me as I was a manager for them once. Need tofix this. I hate to see any more close.
I had an incredible experience with my family at Telegraph Big Boy. The customer service was outstanding! Our food arrived fresh and hot, and I must say, the menu was impressively delicious and adventurous. I want to extend my thanks to the entire team and their area manager, Heather, who was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel like dear friends. Thanks again, everyone—we'll definitely be back!

Thank you big boy. We tried another nearby restaurant and it was too loud and crowded and we had to leave. We came to this big boy and the food was outstanding...exceeding all of our expectations. Very nice waitress. Forget her name had mask with a bling A. We have all gone to big boy restautants for decades. This new location does not have the big boy outside but does serve good food inside.
We came in to meet an old friend here for coffee. The waitress was very you sweet, but once she brought our coffee, never came back to check if we wanted anything or more coffee.Upon leaving, the manager approached us and began chatting. He was the nicest guy. Was so sincere I his Thank you for coming in Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely come back to this location.
The food was delicious and it's at a great location but terrible customer service. The waitress never came to check on us as we sat a hour waiting for our bill to come. Never offered us refills. Keep in mind the restaurant was empty the whole time and they were filling to go orders.
I've loved Big Boy since I was a child, and this location truly stands out. The interior was immaculate and felt brand new. I stopped by at 12:30 today, and the manager warmly gave me a personal tour, highlighting some menu items. The service was prompt, and the food was fantastic!

Had an issue with my meal and it was taken care of immediately and it was delicious. My husband?s food was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Definitely going back.
Still a great classic with some of the best milkshakes and Slim Jim sandwiches!
