Terrible attention, terrible work, terrible waiting time, everything painful. We order 4 pizzas at 8:45 at night for 9:50, we get there and they tell us that they are not there, that they have just been put in the oven. (THEY HAVE HAD 1 HOUR to make the 4 pizzas). With all that, we wait for the 4 pizzas to come out for around 15 minutes and when they come out we find that two of them are wrong, the ingredients did not match. They tell us that there is no problem and that they do them again, which is a lie, one of them I have doubts, but the other I have no doubt that since the only thing missing was the minced CarmeZ they added it later, appearing the minced Carme burnt and falling whole off...
My bad experience is having to wait more than an hour for two pizzas on a day when, according to what you told me, there wasn 't too much fuss . Very average pizza. I regretted ordering and not choosing another of the many options in the area. Next time, if the kids want pizza, they 're going to eat it rich but the pre-cooked ones. Ayer tuvimos problemas con la aplicación de entrega a domicilio y tuvimos que llamar al local. Un chico muy amable nos atendió, pero la sorpresa llegó al final. En la app marcaba 22,45 €, y por teléfono nos dijeron 27,45 €. Le preguntamos por qué había esa diferencia y su respuesta fue que era más caro por teléfono. No entiendo por qué, siendo la misma empresa, misma ubicación, hay una diferencia de 5 €... no me pareció justo. Al menos las pizzas estaban buenas. Tipo de comida: Cena. Precio por persona: 10–20 €.
Leyendo las reseñas, ahora explico. Ayer, por teléfono, me dieron un tiempo de espera de 35 minutos para la entrega a domicilio y se presentaron una hora y 40 minutos después. Por supuesto, no los aceptamos. Vergonzoso.
