We had the BEST birthday dinner! Food was divine and the staff was SO nice and helpful. Octopus and saganaki are must haves, Greek salad is huge (we had the small size) and the unlimited warm bread was heavenly! The house white wine was delicious and affordable. The staff sang happy birthday for us and brought us a sparkler candle, highly recommend!
It’s not worth all the hype. Food was not great. Chicken kebabs was so dry, calamari was over cooked, Fish had no flavor. Shrimp and chicken platter was good. Octopus and lamb chops done to perfection. Music was too loud. Will not go there again
The atmosphere is good, the service is amazing and food was ok. Not exceptional: The salad was fresh. But all plates' price are too high for the portions. Also, we ordered shrimp that doesn't come with any side. If we want, we had to pay extra.

Family style cozy Greek tavern. I ordered sardines and Greek salad for dinner. Generous portions full of flavour. One of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood.
Fresh fish, classic Greek dishes and nice outdoor space to enjoy al fresco dining. They offer free dessert and good service. An Astoria staple!
