After our original plans fell through, we decided to drop in on Temporada for a quick bite to eat after work. In the hurry that we were, we skipped entrées and went straight for mains. Together we shared two ‘plates’ and a side. All three were exceptional.
The spiced pork fillet with cauliflower, nashi pear and crackling was cooked to perfection. Juicy and tender, with a smoky spicy flavour, it just melted in the mouth. The cauliflower, a puree, was so finely prepared we thought it was a mayonnaise or remoulade. The dish was presented well and adorned with a fine julienne of nashi pear and a shower of feather light crackling.

Great meal. Cosy little restaurant with good, friendly service. Solid beer list with some nice local breweries in the bottle and on tap. I tried a red IPA from Goulburn, not my cup of tea, but a brave beer to serve. The wine list is solid, matches the food well, and is not outrageously priced.
The food is great, we had beautiful fresh oysters, spicy lamb cigars, and for main the steak and lamb. We even had a side of Brussels sprouts, with garlic and bacon. Yum!
Very good food and excellent service. We shared the garlic and herb flatbreads, Smoked eel and apple spring rolls, cured meats and pickles, Beef fillet with smoked potato, Jerusalem artichoke gratin with grated black truffle. Finished off with Chocolate and Coffee delice and a bit of Buffalo blue cheese. All dishes were spot on and very tasty, the service was attentive but unobtrusive and the atmosphere warm.

Surely this little gem of a restaurant deserves to be in Canberra's top 10. The food is delightful, fresh local Australian produce cooked and served perfectly. Matched with some fantastic wines. You just can't go wrong. We absolutely enjoyed the chefs choice and our waiter Clancy perfectly matched our wines from around the world. We will definitely be back.
Menu is share plates and they are all just fabulous. Plenty big enough for two to share and the deserts are pure bliss! Good wine list, great staff - attentive but not over bearing, overall a really enjoyable night out.

Celebrated my bff's birthday and had a very nice dinner here. All food was pretty yummy. Love it very much. I will visit again and recommend to my friends.

Had dinner here for our anniversary. Food was amazing! Customer service was fantastic. This is how it should be done. Will definitely be back.
Great service, had a good time here. Food was amazing. They should make jugs of sangria to share though. It is a Tapas restaurant after all.
