First time last night at the time in New, that we had been advised for its fresh homemade products, its short card and nice reception in the room. One without fault! The fall card is very successful. We have tasted the home foie gras in the inlet, mellow and well-stocked, lamb mouse and sturgeon ossobucco and its small vegetables, both delicious, and we have been tempted by Mont-blanc for dessert... a sweet and crunchy slaughter both delicate and regressive. The wine menu is expanded, with a lot of choice also to the glass. The boss is nice and pro, invested, and his desire to share a good time is sensitive. Nice discovery, we'll be back to Time in New!

Tasty cuisine and intimate surroundings, this new neighbourhood restaurant is good. The baba William and the lamb mouse are worth the detour, with a more relaxed service and it will be perfect: . I'll be back soon for sure!

Devine food with incredible service! Would 100% recommend coming here on any trip to Bordeaux! We were here for Christmas and it was truly spectacular! Will definitely be back!
