Temptasian Restaurant

Our group of four had never been to Temptasian before despite it being in Vernon for ten years. We had been informed the the owners want to retire so the restaurant is closing at the end of August 2021. This restaurant previously had a reputation of being the most expensive Chinese food restaurant in town. We were all pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I would say it's on par with all other Chinese food prices. The ice cream serving was surprisingly big given the cheap price. My wife and I have been patrons of Temptasian since it opened. We have always enjoyed great food and service and tonight was no exception. We’ve had birthdays, casual dinners and both my parents celebration of life dinners there. The staff and owners treated each of those occasions with dignity and compassion. This restaurant and the fine folks that own it will be missed by us and our family. Best wishes to them in the future and Happy Retirement

The place looked too nice and elegant at first glance and I knew I should have looked at the menu before being seated! Nothing jumped out as it was typical

Nice location and nice building and very nice server who had many too many tables to take care of but the food was mediocre for the price.
