Temptasian Restaurant & Lounge

Ordered take out a couple nights ago, neighbors gave me a gift card and went to pick up the food and of course remembered the gift card but forgot my wallet. Total of bill exceeded the gift card and didn't realize I left my wallet till I went to pay the difference. Told the lady what I had done and she told me to take the food and come back later to pay the difference. WOW what a trusting person, immediately went home got my wallet and drove back to pay, she was surprised and thanked me for being honest. I thanked her for being so understanding and trusting. Top marks to that lady, have been to the restaurant before and sure will go back again!

I've been to Temptasian many times and enjoyed it in the past. The food has been dependable, if unimaginative. The decor and service are good and the house red wine (Hester Creek) is better than average. In short, there are more interesting restaurants, but it was a safe bet.The last two visits have been spoiled by the food being way too greasy. I assume this is down to a change of cook, but it's a pity because there are now better choices close by.

The food was fresh and tasty but I found it pricey. The building is impressive upon first view but upon closer inspection it is lacking in maintenance. Half of the bulbs were burnt out in the ladies room. Service was just okay. The part that really irked me was the minimum tip starting at 15% on the debit machine. The service was not worth that. All in all the visit was OK.

Recommended by friends as a place that large groups could go to and the best Chinese food in the okanagan!Right on both accounts. We had a big group (10) with no reservation and arrived and were sited quickly on a Friday night. Staff were friendly, accommodating and attentive. We dine at Temptasions about twice a month. I love the staff. They are always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes wonderful. It's our go to place when we have company because it's always consistent and I appreciate that. If you want friendly service and great food put this place on your list.

Family used to spend $80. a month..the noodle dishes have nothing but noodles...All the dishes are sparse...I have called complained about problems with food they don't care ...never try to make it right...clean environment only go once a year now...good service...I am happy to save $80. a month

This place is a favourite with the relatives. We had excellent service and the serving portions were generous. The interior is nicely done and the place is big enough that there were some larger groups but you didn't feel like they were too close. We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered.

My family and I visit here regularly. We live in Kelowna and will drive to Vernon to go for dinner! We are always greeted by the friendly owners and staff. The food is fast, hot, delicious! Always a great atmosphere here! We highly recommend this restaurant for Chinese food! Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant looks very upscale but not. The food here is reasonably priced. Service is still good. But you can not think it is a traditional Chinese food for me; more like a business package. Very suitable for rest and chat

Food was fresh and good when the restaurant first opened. We used to eat here once a month became too expensive had a lot of mix ups with orders owners not willing to make things right $80.00 a month..won't eat there again
